The Zoho integration connects RevSpire with your Zoho CRM account for CRM-backed workflows.
Features
- Organization-level service user connection (one-time setup).
- Per-user Zoho connections.
- Reconnect support for expired authorizations.
- Handles Zoho account server and authorization callback automatically.
Purpose
To allow RevSpire users to work with Zoho CRM data through a controlled org + user connection model.
Permissions
Your profile should include:
- Add Connections
- Edit Connections
- View Connections (or View All Connections)
- Activate/Deactivate Connections (optional, for admins)
For service-user setup in `Setup > Deal Room`, org setup permissions may also be required.
Steps
Step 1: Connect Service User (Required First)
- Go to `Setup > Deal Room > CRM Integration`.
- Select `Zoho`.
- Enter a connection name.
- Click `Connect`.
- Sign in to Zoho and approve RevSpire access.
- Return to RevSpire and confirm `Connected` status.
Step 2: Connect User Zoho Account
Go to `Main > Settings > Connection`.
- Click + Add Connection.
- Choose Zoho.
- Enter connection details.
- (Optional) Set as `Primary Connection`.
- Complete authorization.
Step 3: Public App Installation (If Required by Your Org)
If your organization requires Zoho app approval/installation before user authorization, have your CRM admin complete that prerequisite first.
Connection Management
From `Main > Settings > Connection`, users/admins can:
- Reauthorize connection
- Activate/Deactivate connection
- Set primary connection
Limitation and Notes
- Service user is organization-wide and should be configured once.
- If authorization does not complete, retry from `Authorize` and confirm Zoho consent was granted.
- Users without CRM connection permissions will not see add/manage options.
