Your Digital Business Card & Command Center.
Your profile is more than just settings; it is the “face” you present to your buyers. When you share a Deal Room, the information here—your photo, title, and calendar—is often the first thing a prospect sees. This section allows you to manage your identity, security, and integrations.
1. Personal Info (Your Digital Identity)
This data populates the “Contact” card in every Deal Room you share. Keep it professional and up-to-date.
- Avatar (Profile Photo):
- Action: Click the “JA” circle to upload a professional headshot.
- Why it matters: Humanize the digital experience. Prospects trust a face more than a blank initial.
- First & Last Name: Your official display name (e.g., Jayaganesh Acharya).
- Job Title:
- Action: Enter your role (e.g., Senior Account Executive or Founder).
- Impact: This establishes your authority when a prospect views your proposal.
- Email: Your primary login and communication ID (e.g., jayaganesh.acharya@revspire.io).
- Calendar Link:
- Action: Paste your Calendly, HubSpot, or Google Appointment link here.
- The “Book Me” Feature: When this is set, a “Book a Meeting” button automatically appears in your Deal Rooms, allowing prospects to schedule time with you instantly without back-and-forth emails.
- LinkedIn Profile:
- Action: Add your full public profile URL.
- Impact: Allows prospects to validate your credibility and connect with you professionally.

Manage your access levels and regional preferences.
- Password:
- Action: Update your login credentials. Use a strong, unique password to protect your sensitive deal data.

- Meaning: “Admin” gives you control over global settings, other users, and content libraries. “User” restricts you to selling and viewing.
- Role:
- Display: Shows your organizational scope (e.g., Corporate).
- Meaning: Defines which content libraries and folders you can access (e.g., Corporate vs. Regional teams).
- Timezone:
- Setting: India Standard Time (Asia/Kolkata).
- Impact: Ensures that “Activity Alerts” (e.g., “Prospect viewed 5 mins ago”) and “Link Expiration” dates are accurate to your working hours.
- Currency:
- Setting: US Dollar ($).
- Impact: Determines the default currency symbol displayed in your Reports and Pipeline views.
3. Assigned Products (License)
View exactly what tools you are paying for.

- The Feature: Build a professional HTML signature (with logo and disclaimer) that is automatically appended to any emails sent from the Revspire platform.
