The Content Portal is the central repository for your organization’s sales assets. This module allows users to upload files from their local device or import them directly from cloud services (Google Drive, OneDrive) and design tools (Canva). It supports “Ghost Mode” (memorizing recent sources) and intelligent placeholder extraction.
Features
Multi-Source Import: Support for Local Drive, Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, Canva, Microsoft Stream, YouTube, Vimeo, and Public Links.
Cloud Sync: Option to keep files synchronized with Google Drive or OneDrive (changes in the drive reflect in Revspire).
Drag and Drop: Direct drag-and-drop functionality for local files.
Placeholder Detection: Automatically identifies placeholder text (e.g., {{Client_Name}}) inside uploaded documents for template use.
Recent Sources: The system remembers your last 4 used sources for quick access.
Purpose
To aggregate all sales collateral into a single, accessible location, ensuring sellers always use approved assets.
Permissions

To perform these actions, your Profile must have the following permissions under Digital Sales Room > Content:
