The Revspire interface is built on a philosophy of “Intuitive Efficiency.” We know that in sales, every second counts. That’s why our layout is anchored by a persistent Sidebar for rapid context switching and a Top Header for instant global utilities.
Smart Adaptation: The interface is “role-aware.” Whether you are on a Launch, Spark, or Elevate license, the system automatically declutters your view, hiding unauthorized modules so you only see exactly what you need to do your job.
1. The Sidebar (Your Core Functionalities)
Located on the far left, this is your primary navigation rail. It allows you to switch between different “modes” of work without losing your place.
- Dashboard: Your “Home Base.” A personalized overview of recent activity, trending content, and critical alerts.
- Content Portal (CMS): Access the central library. Think of this as your organization’s “Knowledge Hub” where all files, folders, and assets live.
- The Pitch Module (Sales Engine): The active workspace where you create Deal Rooms, clone successful pitches, and manage buyer interactions.
- Analytics (Reports): A dedicated view for data. Access visual reports on content performance, buyer intent, and team activity.
- Threads: A unified communication hub. Access Direct Messages, Group Threads, and All Threads to collaborate with team members without leaving the platform.
- Approvals: A dedicated dashboard for managing E-Signer requests and Proposal approvals. If a deal is waiting on you, it appears here.
- Settings: Configure your personal preferences, CRM integrations, and mailbox sync.
2. The Top Header (Intelligence & Search)
Located at the top center, this area is dedicated to finding information instantly.
- Global Search: The fastest way to navigate. Type a keyword to instantly locate specific Files, Folders, or active Deal Rooms across the entire platform.
- AI Search: A powerful, natural-language search engine. Instead of remembering filenames, ask questions like:
- “Show me the pitch deck we used for the Q3 Healthcare deal.”
- “Find the latest case study on Marketing Automation.”
- The AI parses context to find exactly what you mean, not just what you type.
3. The Right Header (Utilities & Personalization)
Located at the top right, this area manages “You” and your immediate actions.
- Notification Center: Your real-time pulse. Receive alerts for:
- Buyer Activity: “John Doe just viewed your Pricing Proposal.”
- System Alerts: “Your export is ready for download.”
- Approvals: “New proposal requires your signature.”
- Theme Toggle: Reduce eye strain by switching between Light Mode (for high-contrast daylight work) and Dark Mode (for low-light environments).
- My Profile: Access your account details. Update your photo, change your password, and manage your CRM and Mailbox connections here.
- Quick Actions: (Context-dependent) Fast access to create a new Pitch or Upload Content without navigating away from your current screen.
4. The Main Workspace (The “Canvas”)
The large central area of the screen. This is dynamic and changes based on what you select in the Sidebar.
- Dashboard View: Shows widgets like Favorites, Recents, Trends, and Top Domains.
- List/Grid Views: When in the Content Portal, toggle between detailed lists (for data) or visual grids (for browsing thumbnails).
- Split Screen (Preview): When selecting a file, the workspace often splits to show file details/metadata on the right while keeping the navigation list on the left.
