When you click Content Management in the left sidebar, you aren’t just opening a folder; you are entering your organization’s digital brain. This module is split into three distinct zones, each with a specific purpose.

Content Portal (The Team Library)

  • This is the “Town Square.” It is the central, shared repository for your entire organization.
  • What goes here: Official marketing brochures, pricing sheets, demo videos, and approved case studies.
  • Who sees it: Everything here is typically visible to the wider team (based on permissions). Use this when you are looking for ready-to-use assets.

My Files (Your Personal Workbench)

  • This is your private workspace. Based on the code you provided, this dashboard is designed for You.
  • What goes here: Drafts you are working on, files you uploaded directly to a specific Deal Room, or personal notes.
  • Key Feature: It tracks usage. You can see exactly which Linked Pitches are using your files, helping you understand the impact of your personal assets.
  • Visibility: Items here are generally private to you until you choose to share them or add them to a public folder.

Recycle Bin (The Safety Net)

  • Did you delete a file by mistake? Don’t panic.
  • Function: Acts as a temporary holding area for deleted items.
  • Action: You can Restore files to their original location or permanently destroy them if you are sure they are no longer needed.
