Account Setting

This is your Command Center. Before you launch your first campaign, you need to suit up. “My Settings” is where you establish your digital identity, connect your data pipelines, and configure your communication channels. It ensures that when you sell, you look like a pro and track like a machine.

My Profile (Your Digital Handshake)

This is where you define how you appear to the world. In a virtual sales environment, this is the face behind the logo.

  • What it is: The control panel for your personal professional details—your name, title, contact info, and headshot.
  • The Power: People buy from people, not just platforms. When a prospect opens a Deal Room, your profile appears front and center as their “Trusted Advisor.” A complete profile with a professional photo builds instant rapport before you even jump on a call.
  • Why use it: To ensure every Deal Room and email sent carries your personal brand and correct contact details, removing friction for the buyer.

CRM Settings ( The Data Bridge)

This is the connection between action and intelligence. It links Revspire to your System of Record (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).

  • What it is: The integration engine that syncs your Revspire activity with your CRM opportunities.
  • The Workflow:
    • Connect: Link your CRM account once.
    • Map: Select the “Primary Selection” to tell Revspire where to look for your deals.
    • Sync: Every Deal Room created is automatically tied to a CRM Opportunity.
  • The Power: Zero manual data entry. When you send a pitch, Revspire automatically logs that activity back to the CRM timeline.
  • Why use it: To get credit for your work. It ensures your managers see your activity in the CRM and helps attribute closed revenue to the specific content you used.

Mailbox Settings (The Communication Engine)

This is your voice. It allows Revspire to send emails on your behalf that look and feel 100% authentic.

  • What it is: The configuration that connects your work email (Gmail, Outlook, Office 365) to the Revspire platform.
  • The Power: Authenticity. Instead of your prospect receiving a generic email from “noreply@revspire.io,” they receive a personal email directly from you (e.g., john@yourcompany.com).
  • Why use it: To improve deliverability and trust. Emails sent through your own server are less likely to hit spam filters and more likely to get a reply.
