The Dynamics 365 integration connects Revspire with your Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment.

Purpose
To connect Revspire securely with Dynamics 365 so teams can use CRM-backed deal workflows.
Permissions
Your profile should include:
- Add Connections
- Edit Connections
- View Connections (or View All Connections)
- Activate/Deactivate Connections (optional, for admins)
- For service-user setup in Setup > Deal Room, org setup permissions may also be required.
Steps
Step 1: Connect Service User (Required First)
- Go to `Setup > Deal Room > CRM Integration`.
- Select `Dynamics 365`.
- Enter a connection name.
- Enter your Dynamics Instance URL
(example: https://yourorg.crm.dynamics.com). - Select environment.
- Click `Connect`.
- Sign in and approve access in Microsoft.
- Confirm status is `Connected` in Revspire.
Step 2: Connect User Dynamics 365 Account
- Go to Main > Settings > Connection.
- Click + Add Connection.
- Choose Dynamics 365.
- Enter connection details, including Instance URL.
- (Optional) Set as Primary Connection.
- Complete authorization.
Step 3: Public App Installation (If Required by Your Org)
If your organization requires Microsoft app consent/admin approval before user authorization, complete that admin step first, then continue with Step 1 and Step 2.
Connection Management
From Main > Settings > Connection, users/admins can:
- Reauthorize connection
- Activate/Deactivate connection
- Set primary connection
Limitation and Notes
Dynamics requires a valid Instance URL during setup.
Service user is organization-wide and should be set once.
If authorization fails, verify Instance URL and tenant consent settings with your CRM admin.
