The Pipedrive integration connects RevSpire with your Pipedrive company data for deal-related workflows.
Features
- Organization-level service user setup.
- Per-user Pipedrive connections.
- Support for standard authorization and marketplace/app-install callback flow.
- Reconnect and status management from Settings.
Purpose
To ensure Revspire can securely access Pipedrive data needed for org-level and user-level activity.
Permissions
Your profile should include:
- Add Connections
- Edit Connections
- View Connections (or View All Connections)
- Activate/Deactivate Connections (optional, for admins)
- For service-user setup in Setup > Deal Room, org setup permissions may also be required.
Steps
- Step 1: Connect Service User (Required First)
- Go to `Setup > Deal Room > CRM Integration`.
- Select `Pipedrive`.
- Enter a connection name.
- Choose environment.
- Click `Connect`.
- Sign in to Pipedrive and approve access.
- Confirm that the service user displays as `Connected`.
Step 2: Connect User Pipedrive Account
- Go to `Main > Settings > Connection`.
- Click `+ Add Connection`.
- Choose `Pipedrive`.
- Enter connection details.
- (Optional) Set as `Primary Connection`.
- Complete authorization.
Step 3: Public App Installation (If Required by Your Org)
If your org uses Pipedrive marketplace install flow, your admin should complete app install approval first.
In some install flows, users are redirected back with an install code and Revspire completes connection automatically.
Connection Management
- From Main > Settings > Connection, users/admins can:
- Reauthorize connection
- Activate/Deactivate connection
- Set primary connection
Limitation and Notes
- Service user is one per organization.
- If your token expires or is revoked, use `Authorize`/`Sync`.
- Marketplace install and direct OAuth authorization can both be used depending on your org setup.
