Pitch Overview & Performance

Measure What Matters. Optimize Every Interaction.

The Pitch Analytics module is designed to answer two fundamental questions:

  1. Adoption: Is my team actually using the platform? (Pitch Overview)
  2. Impact: Are prospects actually engaging with our content? (Pitch Performance)

This dashboard replaces “gut feelings” with hard data, allowing Sales Leaders to spot top performers, identify stalled deals, and coach based on reality.

A. Pitch Overview Dashboard (Adoption & Volume)

“Is the team active?”

This view focuses on the quantity and consistency of your sales team’s outreach. It tells you who is building pitches and how complex those pitches are.

1. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Total Pitches: The aggregate number of Deal Rooms created within the selected timeframe.
  • Total Sections & Contents: Measures the depth of the pitches.
  • Ratios (Quality Check):
    • Pitch Section / Pitch: Are reps building comprehensive narratives or just one-page dumps?
    • Pitch Content / Pitch: The average number of assets (files/videos) per deal room.

2. Activity Trends (Stacked Bar Chart)

  • What it shows: A timeline of pitch creation by Sales Rep, color-coded by Month.
  • Why it matters: Identify consistency. Is “Sales Rep 1” pitching steadily every month, or did they have a burst in May and go silent in June?

3. Role-Based Distribution (Decomposition Tree)

  • The “AI Split” Tool: Allows you to break down the Total Pitch Count by any attribute dynamically.
  • Example Path: Total Count $\rightarrow$ Corporate vs. Regional $\rightarrow$ VP Sales vs. Rep.
  • Insight: See which department or role is driving the most platform usage.

B. Pitch Performance Dashboard (Engagement & ROI)

“Are buyers interested?”

This is your “Revenue Intelligence” view. It ignores internal activity and focuses entirely on external buyer behavior.

1. Dynamic Measure Selection

  • The “Measure” Dropdown: You are not stuck with one metric. You can toggle the entire dashboard to analyze:
    • Total Visits: How many times was the link opened? (Traffic).
    • Total Visit Minutes: How long did they stay? (Stickiness).
    • Total Interactions: Did they click, download, or play a video? (Action).
    • Total Comments: Are they asking questions? (Collaboration).

2. Engagement KPIs

  • Average Visit Minutes: The “Golden Metric.” If this is high (e.g., >5 mins), your content is resonating. If it’s low (<30 sec), your pitch needs work.
  • Total Comments: A proxy for deal heat. High comments usually equal high intent.

3. The “Root Cause” Analysis (Decomposition Tree)

  • Interactive Drill-Down: The screenshots show a powerful “+” feature. You can click any bar to break data down instantly by:
    • High Value vs. Low Value: AI automatically groups top performers.
    • Pitch Owner: See exactly which rep is generating the most engagement.
    • Content Type: Are Videos driving more minutes than PDFs?
    • CRM Connection: Compare deals synced to HubSpot/Salesforce vs. unsynced deals.

4. The Leaderboard (Bar Charts & Tables)

  • Top Performing Pitches: A ranked list of your best Deal Rooms (e.g., “Due and Overdue Test” vs “Jay Esigner Test”).
  • Detailed Grid: A granular table showing exactly:
    • Pitch Visits
    • Content Interactions
    • Comments
  • Actionable Insight: Click on the top-performing pitch to see why it worked, then Clone it as a template for the rest of the team.

C. Filtering & Context

Slice and Dice the Data.

Both dashboards are equipped with global slicers at the top to refine your view:

  • Date Range: Filter by “Last Month,” “This Quarter,” or custom ranges.
  • Owner: Drill down to a specific individual (e.g., “Jayaganesh Acharya”) to do a 1:1 performance review.
  • CRM Connected: Filter to see only deals that are officially logged in your CRM.
