This documentation is for end users and admins setting up CRM integrations in Revspire.
Supported CRM connectors:
- Salesforce
- HubSpot
- Pipedrive
- Dynamics 365
- Zoho
Two-Step Connection Flow
Your CRM setup in Revspire follows two in-app steps:
1. Connect Service User (one-time per organization)
- Location: Setup > Deal Room > CRM Integration (/setup/deal-room)
- Purpose: Connects the organization-level CRM identity used for CRM sync across the org.
2. Connect User CRM (per user)
- Location: Main > Settings > Connection (/main/settings/connection)
- Purpose: Connects individual user CRM access used for user-level actions.
Public App Installation (CRM-Side Prerequisite)
Some organizations require installing/approving the CRM public app (Marketplace/AppExchange/etc.) before authorization succeeds.
- This step is usually done once by your CRM admin.
- If app install is required and not completed, users may be redirected to authorize but connection may not complete.
Common Permissions Needed
Your profile should include relevant CRM connection permissions.
- Add Connections
- Edit Connections
- View Connections (or View All Connections)
- Activate/Deactivate Connections (if you need to manage active state)
- Setup admins may also need company settings permissions for service-user setup.
