CRM Integration

This documentation is for end users and admins setting up CRM integrations in Revspire.

Supported CRM connectors:

  1. Salesforce
  2. HubSpot
  3. Pipedrive
  4. Dynamics 365
  5. Zoho

Two-Step Connection Flow

Your CRM setup in Revspire follows two in-app steps:

1. Connect Service User (one-time per organization)

  • Location: Setup > Deal Room > CRM Integration (/setup/deal-room)
  • Purpose: Connects the organization-level CRM identity used for CRM sync across the org.

2. Connect User CRM (per user)

  • Location: Main > Settings > Connection (/main/settings/connection)
  • Purpose: Connects individual user CRM access used for user-level actions.

Public App Installation (CRM-Side Prerequisite)

Some organizations require installing/approving the CRM public app (Marketplace/AppExchange/etc.) before authorization succeeds.

  • This step is usually done once by your CRM admin.
  • If app install is required and not completed, users may be redirected to authorize but connection may not complete.

Common Permissions Needed

Your profile should include relevant CRM connection permissions.

  • Add Connections
  • Edit Connections
  • View Connections (or View All Connections)
  • Activate/Deactivate Connections (if you need to manage active state)
  • Setup admins may also need company settings permissions for service-user setup.
