Advanced Reporting & Dashboards

This section explains the full Advanced Reporting & Dashboards experience for end users and admins.

What you can do

  • Create your own reports from approved data sources.
  • Build dashboards from one or many saved reports.
  • Organize reports and dashboards in folders with nested structure.
  • Share folders, reports, and dashboards with users or groups.
  • Request access when you are blocked from a private or restricted asset.
  • Move, clone, rename, and delete reporting assets based on your permissions.
  • Export report output to XLSX or CSV.

How the module is structured

  • Folder: Organizes reports and dashboards. Can be shared.
  • Report: Defines data source, fields, formulas, filters, sort/grouping, and visual settings.
  • Dashboard: Combines saved reports into cards/widgets with layout and common filters.

Navigation

  • Go to Main > Analytics > Reports.
  • Use My Folders for assets you own/manage.
  • Use Shared With Me for assets shared to you.

Recommended first-time flow

  1. Create a folder for your team or use case.
  2. Create and save a report in that folder.
  3. Create a dashboard and add one or more saved reports.
  4. Apply sharing to the folder or specific assets.
  5. Run and validate in view mode before broad rollout.
