Library scopes
- My Folders: content you own/manage (root: My Custom Reports).
- Shared With Me: content shared by other owners.
Catalog features
- Breadcrumb navigation through nested folders.
- Search by name and description across folders, reports, and dashboards.
- Row-level actions based on your permissions.
- Permission badges to show effective access on each item.
- Private indicator on eligible report rows.
Create assets in the current location
- Add Folder: create a new subfolder.
- Add Report: create a new report in the current folder.
- Add Dashboard: create a new dashboard in the current folder.
Creation in a folder requires create rights plus folder-level allowance.
Folder operations
- Share Folder: assign users/groups with View or Edit.
- Rename Folder: update display name.
- Clone Folder: duplicate folder structure/content as permitted.
- Move Folder: relocate under a different parent.
- Delete Folder: removes folder and contained reports/dashboards (with confirmation).

- Open item.
- Share (where allowed).
